Andy Kufel

Andy Kufel played from 1994-96 and is Lancaster's all time leading scorer with 1081 points. He is also the all time leader in steals. Andy led Lancaster to a Sectional Finals appearance in 1996. After graduating Andy continued his great basketball career at SUNY Geneseo .

Carl Monti

Carl Monti was a scoring machine in the 60's. He played from 1963-65 and averaged over 20pts for his career. He is only 1 of 2 players to score over 1000pts in Lancaster history. He was the all time leading scorer for over 30 years until Andy Kufel broke his record. He scored over 40pts in 3 games in 1965.

Chris Cybulski

Chris played from 1989-91 and led the team that finished with Lancaster's best record ever at 21-2 and a Sectional Finals appearance. He is 3rd on Lancaster's all-time scoring list and 4th in assists. After graduating he continued his basketball career at Fredonia.

J.J. played from 2009-2011 and is Lancaster's all-time leader in both rebounds and blocks. He averaged a double double for his career. His Senior year he averaged almost 19ppg 14rpg and 4bpg. J.J. is one of Lancaster's most dominate big men and is now passing on his knowledge by helping coach today's Legends.

Pete Rath

Pete played 2 season from 1978-79 and had arguably one of the best all around seasons in Lancaster history in 1979. He averaged almost 20ppg. He has the single season steal record. For the season he finished in the top 10 in total points, PPG, FG% and FG's made on Lancaster's all-time single season list. He led the Lancaster team to 2 straight trips to Buffalo State in the Sectional tournament.

Doug Mayer

Doug played 3 seasons from 1984-86. He is in the top 10 of Lancaster's all-time scorers. He is also in the top 10 for all-time steals. He is in the top 5 for all-time assists. He was part of the 1985 team that made a trip to the Sectional Finals. Doug continued his career playing at Clarkson University.

Jakob Jerebko

Jakob Jerebko played 3 season from 2017-2019. He is  5th on Lancaster's all-time scoring list. He is the all-time leader in made 3pts. He is top 10 in all-time rebounds. Jakob was part of the 2017 team that made a trip to the Sectional Finals. He was a scoring threat from anywhere on the court. He is currently playing ball at Brockport.

Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor played 2 seasons from 1990-91. He is in the top 5 all-time for assists and is 2nd in steals. He was the point guard on the most prolific scoring team in Lancaster history. The 1991 team averaged 71ppg. The 1991 team also won the most games in a season in Lancaster history at 21. Mark helped lead the team to the Sectional Finals.

Gianluca Fulciniti

Gianluca played 3 seasons from 2018-20. He is Lancaster's all-time leader in assists. He is also in the top 5 for all-time steals. Gianluca helped lead the 2020 team to the first Sectional title for Lancaster in over 60 years. Gianluca is now passing on his skills by helping the coaches to develop players.

Coach

Dave Byron

Coach Dave Byron was the face of Lancaster basketball for over 25 years. He was the coach from 1968-1994. He is Lancaster's all-time winningest coach with 268 wins. He coached many of Lancaster's best teams and players. He has had more positive influence on Lancaster basketball than anyone else and will always be known by many simply as Coach.

Paul Anthony

Paul Anthony played 3 seasons from 1970-72. He is in the top 10 all-time in both points and rebounds. He averaged 15ppg for his career. His Senior year he averaged 18ppg and 10rpg. Paul was a fierce competitor that played bigger than his size.

Conrad Walters

Conrad Walters played from 1984-85 and had one of the most dominate seasons any player has ever had, in the '85 season. He averaged almost 19ppg and 13rpg. He led one of Lancaster's greatest teams to a 19-3 record and a trip to the Sectional Finals. After graduation Conrad went on to have a stellar career at Buffalo State. He later returned to Lancaster to coach for a few years.

Joe Harrington

Joe played on the Varsity team since he was in 8th grade. He suffered a horrible knee injury his Junior year causing him to miss that season.  Despite that, Joe had one of the most prolific careers in Lancaster history.  He scored 974 points, which is 3rd on the all-time list.  He grabbed 504 rebounds, which is 2nd all-time.  He also had 136 blocks, which is also 2nd all-time.  Joe helped the 2019-20 team bring home a Section 6 Class AA title, for the schools first championship in over 60 years.  If not for that missed season Joe would certainly hold almost every record in Lancaster.

Coach

Coach Otto has been a part of Lancaster basketball since first suiting up for them in the early 80s. He began his coaching career as an assistant in the late 90s and soon took over the JV coaching job. In 2011 he became the Varsity head coach and quickly put Lancaster back on the map as a contender in Western NY basketball. John took Lancaster to 4 consecutive trips to Buffalo State and almost captured the title in 2016-2017, falling just short to powerhouse Niagara Falls. In the 2019-20 season John led Lancaster to its' first Section 6 title in 61 years. John coached 11 seasons at Lancaster and is 2nd on the all time win list with 112. He was named ECIC Coach of the Year in 2016-17. He was also named the All-Bee Coach of the Year as well as WNY Coach of the Year in 2019-20. However, John's proudest accomplishment was that of creating a family at Lancaster, with bonds with players that will live on.
