Rough night all around!

It was a rough night for the Legends as they fell to cross town rivals Clarence 48-45. The loss was made harder because Lancaster's leading scorer Joe Harrington went down with a knee injury early in the game and could miss significant time. After Harrington left the game Freshmen Channing Francis and Junior Noah Kimble kept the game close in the first half, with Clarence holding a 1pt lead. Francis scored 10pts in the 1st half and Kimble added knocked down a pair of 3s. Jason Mansell's aggressive defense led to 5 steals for him in the opening half. In the 2nd half it was a back and forth game with Clarence holding a slim lead throughout. Lancaster was able to cut the lead to 1pt with under a minute to play but were unable to capitalize on some chances to take the lead. Francis led the scoring with 14pts and 6rbs. Jackson Jerebko added 9pts, Matt Jandzinski had 7pts, Kimble finished with 8pts. The Legends fall to 3-2 on the year and will look to bounce back Friday against West Seneca West.
