Lancaster moves to 3-0 on the year as they defeated Orchard Park 58-44. In a rematch from last years Sectional Championship Lancaster was able to get the victory behind hot shooting and suffocating defense. The Legends jumped out to a early 1st quarter lead hitting 3 3pointers to open the game. In the 2nd quarter Lancaster opened up a 32-17 lead behind their defense, holding Orchard Park to 4 points and only 1 FG. Freshmen Channing Francis scored all 7 of his points in the first half while also adding 9 rebounds. Joe Harrington had 14 points in the opening half while Jackson Jerebko added 8 points. In the 2nd half Orchard Park was able to hit some shots and cut into the legends lead. However the Legends were able to pull away behind hot shooting from Jerebko who finished with 23 points and 9 rebounds, and a strong inside game from Joe Harrington who finished with 20 points and 8 rebounds. Francis added 7 points and 12 rebounds while Jason Mansell had 5 assists and 5 steals. Lancaster moves to 3-0 on the season and will face a tough Jamestown team this Saturday.
